Beata specializes in labour, pharmaceutical, real estate and tax law as well as commercial contracts.
Beata is a highly qualified legal advisor. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lodz, Poland. She also completed International Business and Trade Law Program organized by Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington in cooperation with Jagiellonian University in Cracow as well as post-graduate studies in tax law at the University of Lodz and post-graduate studies on urban planning and construction process at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
She started her professional career as an in-house lawyer in Gallaher (now Japan Tobacco) in 2003. Then she moved to Tax Litigation Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004. In 2005, she joined Brzezinska Narolski Law Office in Łódź where she continued her tax litigation practice and started to engage in real estate litigation practice, labour and pharmaceutical law as well as commercial contracts. In 2010, she decided to establish her own Law Office – Cieślak Klimkowski Attorneys at Law – together with Jacek Klimkowski. Because of her tax and pharmaceutical interests in the meantime she was also rendering legal services for authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health.
During her career, she has provided legal services to a number of domestic and international clients concerning day-to-day corporate and labour matters, drafting commercial (mostly pharmaceutical) contracts as well as engaging in tax and real estate litigation.
Her main achievements include:
- advising companies acting in Lodz Special Economic Zone,
- representing clients in more than 300 proceedings before administrative courts (particularly in the area of real estate and tax matters).
